NUMBER #1 Berry Blitz Smoothie:

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of Frozen Mixed Berries
1 Banana
3 Tsp of Chia Seeds
1 Cup of Coconut Water

Topping:
Gluten-free Granola

Method:
Mix Chia Seeds with water to make a paste. Blend all ingredients then add topping.

 

NUMBER #2 Yogi Berry

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:
1 Punnet of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Sheep’s Yogurt
2 Tsp Lucuma Powder

Topping:
Top with Goji berries.

Method:
Blend all ingredients then add topping.

Ingredients:
1/2 Beetroot
1/3 Pineapple
1 Banana
1 Cup of Coconut Water

Topping:
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
1 Tsp Flax Seeds
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds

Method:
Blend all ingredients together. Separately grind the seeds together, add as a topping.

2-3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tsp Maca Powder
2 Tsp Cacao Nibs
1 Cup of Coconut Water
3-4 Ice Cubes

Method:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

1 Celery stalk

Small Knob fresh ginger (peeled)
Juice from 1 whole lime
